Q. Why do I need to login in order to write a review.
A. We require you to login, because we want to make sure your review is legit. If you post anonymously people might not trust the review since they don't know the source. It also helps us prevent abuse of the system, and it stops Spammers from posting Spam instead of reviews.

Q. I forgot my password, what do I do?
A. If you go to the Login page, you should see a link that you can click on, and have your password emailed to you. If that doesn't work, feel free to send us an email, and we will do our best to help you out.

Q. I own a campground and my campground isn't in your directory. How do I get it listed.
A. All you have to do is create an account, which is quick, easy, and best of all it is free. Once you create your account you can add your campground by following this link. Add a Campground Once you add your campground, our editors will make sure everything looks OK, and then they will add it to the directory. Most campgrounds are added within 1 businesss day.

Q. I own a campground, why would I want to be listed in your directory?
A. There are a number of reasons why you would want to be listed in our directory. We are another marketing channel that you can use to drive customers to your campground. If you have advertised in Newspapers and on the radio before, how much did that cost. For much less you will be able to harness the power of the internet to drive more business to your campgrounds. We market our website and drive potential customers to our site. If you are not listed in our directory, they will never know who you are. We let our visitors write reviews about your campground, which helps promote good word of mouth. Reading the reviews about your campground is a great way to gather customer feedback. If you do not currently have a website, you can use our directory listing as your website, when people search the internet trying to find your campground, they will find our directory and your listing. Which they can use to find out about your campground. If you have a website we provide a link to it from our site, which will help improve your search engine ranking. Q. What do you provide that other Directories Dont?
A. We are more than a directory, we allow actual campers that have camped at your campgrounds the ability to write reviews about your campground. We are independant so visitors can trust us. We allow you to add more information about your campground for less cost. Just to name a few.

Q. I own more then one campground, do you offer any discounts if I upgrade all of my listings?
A. If you manage more then one campground, contact us and let us know and we can give you a bulk discount.

Q. Do I need to pay for my listing upgrade online?
A. No, you can send us a check or money order. Follow the steps to complete the upgrade online, and when you get to the last page, print it out and mail it to us with a check or money order. This process takes longer so please allow 2 to 3 weeks for processing.
