During certain times of the year we have Special Rates, these months include May, September and October. We also have mid-week specials (non waterfront sites), weekly rates and monthly rates.

Take exit 32, Biddeford to Rt.
111 heading towards Alfred.

Take exit 16, Rochester to Rt.
202 heading through Sanford. Take left on Rt. 202 in Alfred, take right onto Brock Road just outside of Alfred. Campground will be on the right.
