Located on Route 1 in Wells, Maine, Sea-Vu Campground is a great homebase to explore all of Southern Maine's many sandy beaches, seacoast activities, and other area attractions. Sea-Vu Campground is only 5 miles from Kennebunkport and Ogunquit, and less than 2 miles from the Maine Turnpike. Family camping at its best since 1972!

A Seasonal Rental includes water, electric, sewer and cable TV hook-ups for your family unit.
Rates vary depending on site locations $2,775 - $3,400 plus 7% lodging tax and electric usage.
Married children and their family can use your site for $50.00/season.
Free winter storage if you return the next season.
Call for availablity and size limitations.
Payment Terms: Daily Rates posted for 2 people and one (1) tent, camper, or trailer per site. Two parties sharing the same site must pay separate site fees. Maximum of six (6) people per site.
*Discounts* Special rates are available for Senior Citizens and groups off season. Call for quotes.
Sales Tax: 7% tax applied

Leave Maine Turnpike (Interstate 95) at Exit 19 (formerly exit 2) - Wells, Maine. Turn left on to Route 109 and 9 and go 1½ miles to intersection. Turn left on to Route 1. Campground is 4/10ths (.4 miles) from the intersection on the right hand side of Route 1 next to a church. Look for our sign. See our contact page for more information.
Cancellation Policy: Refunds in full are given with two weeks notice. No refunds are given for holiday reservations, early departures, dampened spirits or soggy pillows. "No shows" forfeit full deposit.

Deposits for holidays and reservations of less than 4 days, send full amount due. For stays of 4 days or more, send 1/2 the full amount due.
Pet Policy: Pets must be tied at all times, attended by a person, and kept from continued barking. No dogs locked in trailers. Please clean up after your pet.
Campground Rules: All campers, guests and visitors must register and pay at the office upon arrival. Check out time is 11:00 AM (to extend your stay notify the office by 10:00 AM). Visitors must check out by 10:00 PM. Quiet time 11:00 PM.
All vehicles must display a car pass in windshield,. Guest parking where designated. Speed limit is 5 mph. Only quiet, street registered motorcycles allowed on grounds. No unnecessary riding around.
Pets must be tied at all times, attended by a person, and kept from continued barking. No dogs locked in trailers. Please clean up after your pet.
Fires in fireplaces only and attended at all times. Do not remove fireplaces. Fires after 11:00 PM subject to restrictions.
Property Damage will not be tolerated. Don't cut trees, branches, or bushes even if they are dead. No nails please.
Restrooms are closed twice a day for cleaning. Please do not enter during this time. Use alternate building.
Hot water showers are available in our restroom buildings.
Washers and dryers are available.
We are proud of our restroom facilities, and make every effort to keep them clean and well-maintained. If at any time you see a problem or a messy condition in the restrooms, please report it at once to the office so the situation can be corrected.
Pool hours are 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. All children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. No lifeguards are provides.
Alcohol must be kept at your site; it is not allowed in the playground, in the office or store or in cars. Loud, boisterous music is not allowed at any time. Keep sites clean and orderly.
Your children are your responsibility. Small children must be accompanied by an adult in the restrooms. Children are encouraged to play at the playground and volleyball court. Available at the office are: basketballs, volleyballs, badminton and baseball equipment.
Quiet Time
Children and teenagers must return to the campsite when the office closes at 10:00 PM.
