Description: Beach RV Park is in a lovely little area of Santa Cruz known as Live Oaks. It sits across from the Corcoran Lagoon just minutes from a beautiful white sand beach with a public parking area. On both sides of the beach are cliffs with beautiful homes and fantastic views of Monterey Bay. Dogs are welcome on the beach (on leash preferred, and please clean up after them). The surf here is gentle and fine for swimming, body surfing or boogie boards, along the cliff area is good for surfing. This is a fine family style beach. You can walk for miles in either direction along the sand to other parts of Santa Cruz. You can walk north all the way to the Santa Cruz Harbor and get a bite to eat, watch the sailboats and bay cruisers come and go, many evenings they have special entertainment at the Harbor. Heading south the other way and you can walk all the way to Capitola, if the tide is out(to Pleasure Point if the tide is in). Have a drink on the patio at Zelda's or Beach City Café or sit on the sand and watch the seagulls and the surfers. Capitola has many days and evenings with interesting and entertaining things going on.
