Payment Terms: All of the above rates are per night and based upon 2 adults, 1 camping unit and 1 vehicle.
Off-Season Discounts ~ April 29 - May 26: 35 - 40% ● May 30 - June 23: 25 - 30% ● September 5 - October 6: 35 - 40%.
Sales Tax: 7% Maine State lodging tax will be applied.
Directions: Bayleys' Camping Resort is located only three quarters of a mile from the ocean beaches of Pine Point, Maine and our Double Decker Bus makes round trips, to and from the campground, all day long. The shuttle can bring you to the beaches of Pine Point and Old Orchard Beach for a day of shopping, eating and family fun or simply go along to enjoy the view.
Cancellation Policy: Refunds will be given on reservations canceled at least 30 days prior to arrival, minus a one night cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will forfeit their deposit.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON RESERVATIONS CANCELLED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ARRIVAL DATE
NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES, FOR ANY REASON.
NO REFUNDS AT ANY TIME FOR ANY RENTAL UNITS.
Failure to arrive on arrival date, without notification, will forfeit your deposit and site
Reservation Information: Advance reservations are suggested for peak periods: June 18 to September 6. Reservations of four days and fewer must be paid in full within one week of making the reservation. Reservations of five nights and greater must have a minimum deposit of $150.00 paid within one week of making the reservation. Reservations for Memorial, Labor, and Columbus Day weekends will be taken for a minimum of three nights. Reservations for the Fourth of July will be taken for a minimum of 4 nights on limited sites. A $25 fee will be assessed for a check returned due to insufficient funds. Payment in full is required upon arrival, at which time we will accept: VISA, MasterCard, Cash and Traveler's Checks. NO PERSONAL CHECKS ARE ACCEPTED UPON ARRIVAL
Pet Policy: Upon check-in, please notify the office of your pet(s).
Pets must be on a leash at all times; and only adults may walk dogs in the park.
Your pet may not be left unattended at any time.
Pets are prohibited on playgrounds and in the restaurant, stores, pool areas, ponds, or activity area.
The beach bus is for humans only. Pets are not allowed on public beaches between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM. From May 26 to September 4.
Any guest who brings a pet must also bring the proper equipment to clean up after it.
Please do not allow your pet to cause noise that may disturb other campers.
Families who fail to comply with the pet rules will be asked to leave the campground and forfeit all payment on their site.
Campground Rules: Office hours in-season: 7:30 AM to 11 PM.
Children under 18 are to return to their campsite by 10 PM.
QUIET TIME: 11 PM to 8 AM.
All fires out by 11 PM (Fires are never to be left unattended!).
Emergency messages will be delivered to your campsite. All others will be posted on a board near the Main Office.
No sink or shower waste shall be thrown on ground or disposed of in fire pits. IT IS THE LAW!
THE SPEED LIMIT THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE PARK IS 5 MPH
Please, keep your site clean and leave it as you found it. All trash should be put in dumpsters located conveniently throughout the campground as indicated on the Site Map. Recyclable beverage containers can be left at labeled receptacles throughout the campground. You will contribute to Shriner's Children's Hospitals.
To conserve water, we request that guests not wash camping units or any other vehicles at their site.
Swimming is prohibited in all ponds and at all times..
Fishing is allowed in Gaelan Pond by campground permit only. Permits can be purchased at the Main Store and Outdoor Theatre. Fishing is allowed in Troy Pond during scheduled tournaments only. Fishing is allowed in Ashley Pond during all daylight hours and no permit is required.
Walking or biking through other's campsites is prohibited. Please use only roadways and access paths.
Pallet wood for burning is prohibited at all sites.
