Directions: From Boston (75 miles): Route 95 North to Exit 4 in Portsmouth, NH. Exit 4 will take you to the Spaulding Turnpike North (Route 16). Take the Spaulding Turnpike (Route 16) North to Exit 16 and follow signs for Route 125 North. Turn right on 125 North for one block, then turn right onto Flat Rock Bridge Road. At the first stop sign, go straight over the bridge to Kings & Queens Family Resort.
From Portland, ME (53 miles): Route 95 South to Exit 4 in Biddeford. Turn right to Route 111 and follow signs to Route 202 and Sanford. After Sanford, continue on 202 West. One mile after the second Lebanon stop light, turn right onto River Road. In 1½ miles, turn left onto Flat Rock Bridge Road to Kings & Queens Family Resort.
Cancellation Policy: Holiday reservations are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued for non-holiday reservations which are cancelled at least 21 days prior to the date of arrival. There is a $20.00 service fee. If changing reservations at the time of check-in to decrease the length of stay, you will still be charged for the length of the original reservation made.
Reservation Information: All deposits are due and payable within 10 days from the time your reservation is made.
Personal checks are only accepted for reservations at least one month prior to arrival.
You are encouraged to call our reservation line at (207) 339-9465 to reserve a site. Please have your Visa or MasterCard number ready when making a reservation.
Reservations for the current season begin February 1st.

Pet Policy: No pets are allowed at cabin sites .Only one dog per site. Pets are welcome only when kept on a short leash and kept quiet. There is a $5.00 fee per dog per night. No charge for your pet on reservations 7 days or longer. Under Maine law, rabies papers are required to be shown on check-in. No exceptions.
Campground Rules: Site rates are based upon two people. 7% Maine tax not included.
Security gate card deposit (refunded at time of departure.)
Two night minimum stay. Three night minimum stay on holidays.
Cable TV on Kings Court. Please bring your own cable (or purchase one at our store.)
Arrivals before 3:00PM or departures after 12:00 Noon will incur an extra charge.
No overnight visitors. Parking for one car, a picnic table and fire ring are located outside all cabins. Second car parking is available in our Visitor Lot.Bring your own TV and all the items you’ll need for camping: sleeping bags and pillows, ice chest, lawn chairs, BBQ, cookware, etc.One week minimum stay is required in July and August.Weekly cabin rentals run from Saturday to Saturday.
Visitors are $5.00 / day per child (including infants) and $10.00 / day per adult. Visitor parking deposit is $10.00, and is refunded when visitors return their visitor’s tag and exit the campground by 8:00PM. Visiting hours are 9:00AM - 8:00PM. No pets. Sorry, absolutely no campground visitors on the holiday July 2 - July 5.
General Policies
We reserve the right to limit the number of people per site. Parking on site for one vehicle only. No exceptions. All other vehicles must be in the Visitor Parking Area. If you have more than two vehicles on the campground, there is a $5.00 per day charge for parking.
No electric heaters or air conditioners. All sites have 20-amp service, and amperage is not sufficient to run your air conditioner.
No motorized or battery operated children’s riding toys. Kings & Queens Family Resort is a family campground with quiet hours. Young campers must be back on their sites by 10:30PM.
