At Paradise Park Resort you can enjoy camping in our tranquil country setting,and be within walking distance of the beautiful 7 miles of golden sandy beaches.
We are located just 800 feet from the heart of Old Orchard Beach and its famous pier, amusements and shopping.

Waterfront Sites Additional $5.00 per night
Additional persons ages 4-21 = $3.00 per person per night
Additional persons ages 22-up =$5.00 per person per night

Day Visitors = $7.00 per person per day (until 10pm)
Overnight Visitors = $10.00 per person per night

Directions: Paradise Park is located on Adelaide Road in Old Orchard Beach.
From I-95 (Maine Turnpike) take Exit 36 (Old Orchard Beach Exit, formerly Exit 5)
From toll booth, go 4.2 miles on route 5 to Adelaide Road.
Turn left onto Adelaide Road across from church, just before the bank.
At the end of the road is Paradise Park.
From U.S. Route 1 and Route 5, go 3 miles to Adelaide Road, turn left.
From U.S. Route 1 and Route 98, go 2.7 miles to Adelaide Road, turn right.
Cancellation Policy: deposits refunded with a minimum 10 day advance notice
10 day notice required on any changes in your reservation
There is a $10.00 cancellation fee for ALL cancelled reservations.
a $50.00 deposit is required for all reservations
without a 10 day notice, NO REFUND and
you are required to PAY IN FULL the dates that you have reserved
Reservation Information: dvance reservations suggested 3 night minimum stay on ALL holiday weekends a $50.00 deposit is required for all reservations deposit must be received within 7 days of date you make your reservation in order to guarantee your site
we cannot guarantee you a site without a deposit we try to honor requested sites whenever possible .All reservations must be honored
Pet Policy: Dogs are not allowed during the months of July and August in tents and pop-ups. Dogs are allowed in Travel Trailers and Motor Homes but may not be left unattended and may not disturb other guests in the park. Pets must also be picked up after in all areas of the park.
Failure to follow any pet rules may result in a request to leave the campground.
It is the responsibility of the pets owner to ensure that all pets are vaccinated and have the proper documentation to prove it.
Campground Rules: Camp fires out and quiet by 11:00 p.m.
no bike riding after dark
no mini-bikes
children under 18 must return to site by 11:00 p.m.
visitors must leave by 10:00 p.m.
Please note that additional vehicles may greatly reduce the size of your site.
