Description: Meadowbrook Caming Area is a second generation, family owned and operated campground. We are located in Phippsburg, Maine, a small town peninsula, just outside of Bath. We're just minutes away from the prettiest beach in the State and other attractions ranging from State Parks, Fishing, Boating, Beaches, Museums and Outlet Shopping including the World Famous L.L.Bean!

Other Pricing Info: Tent Ratea: Rates include a family of two adults and children under age 18. One car allowed per site with parking in designated areas for extra cars and boats. Exceptions may be allowed on certain sites for an additional charge of $5.00 - please inquire during check in.
Cabin Rates : Cabin rental rates are based on a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 children) any additional persons are $15 each per night. Valid Credit Card required for security deposit. Two night minimum stay required.
Sales Tax: * 7% Maine State Lodging Tax applies.

* Follow 295 to exit 28 (formerly exit 22) Bath-Brunswick Coastal Route 1
* This exit will place you on Pleasant Street in Brunswick, stay in the left lane to follow Route 1.
* Follow Route 1 into Bath, take second Bath exit (just after Bert's Exxon) for Route 209 & Phippsburg
* Turn right onto Route 209 and follow for about 3 miles until you see Winnegance General Store on your right
* Take a right at the General Store and follow for another 3 miles, Meadowbrook is located on the right.
* Please remember you are now traveling winding, country roads! Please watch your odometer as these roads make 3 miles seem a little bit longer!
From the North:
* Follow Route 1 South until you cross the new Sagadahoc Bridge taking you from Woolwich to Bath.
* Take right lane exit off the bridge, go straight.
* Take a left at the first stoplight. You are now on Washington Street and should see Bath Iron Works and the Maine Maritime Museum as you travel down the road.
* Follow this road until the end, then take a left onto High Street/Route 209.
* On the right about a 1/4 mi. you will see Winnegance General Store.
* Take a right at the General Store and follow for another three miles, Meadowbrook is located on the right.
* Please remember you are now traveling winding, country roads! Please watch your odometer as these roads make 3 miles seem a little bit longer!
Cancellation Policy: Refund of deposit less $10 processing fee will be provided with a minimum of 7 days notice before check-in date. Less then 7 days notice will result in a charge of first night's stay.

Reservation Information: Full payment for reservations of less than a week. $100 deposit for reservations of a week or more.
