Pet Policy: Pet owners must clean up and disposed of pet waste when it happens.
bullet Feed your pets ONLY in your RV. (Raccoons, Squirrels, Chipmunks, etc. also like pet food)
bullet Do not tie your pets to the trees, utility poles or any other campground property.
bullet Take your pets with you or leave them inside your RV when you leave your campsite. Children often want to pet dogs and cats, even when you're not around. Unattended pets tend to bark or howl and if left for to long a time, the animal warden will pick them up for noise disturbance.
bullet Do not leave your pets out at night while you're sleeping. Raccoons, badgers, squirrels, and other wild life can harm your tied up animal.
bullet Please quiet your dogs when they're barking. Please be considerate of your fellow campers. Constant barking can not be tolerated and will be ask to leave the park.
bullet No pets are allowed in any of the swimming areas, ponds or lake.
bullet Ferocious and/or dangerous animals and their owners will be Immediately evicted from the campground, without refund."
Campground Rules: "If it says, ""No pets"" then you will need to find a place for your pet. If pets are allowed, clean up after your pet. Be a responsible pet owner.
Irresponsible pet owners are causing many campgrounds to disallow pets.
The campground has designated quiet hours, abide by them. During quiet hours, if you can be heard at the next campsite, YOU'RE TO LOUD !
There are posted speed limits. Please abide by them! What's your rush ... after all, didn't you come out to relax and get away from the rat race? Also, our roads are part of the city and as such are patrolled by our city police.
Use the proper trash receptacles for your garbage. Don't leave your trash sitting around for wildlife to get into it. We are blessed with lots of wildlife and they will tear into anything that smells of food. Please keep your site clean and put your trash in the receptacles.
When walking around the campground with a beverage, throw your empty can or cup in the proper receptacle, not along side the road. These things are not part of the nature you or others have come to see. NO alcohol is permitted to be carried off your site.
Don't chop, cut or damage any standing trees (large or small).
Don't bring your own firewood without first checking with the campground. Only wood from neighboring counties is permitted due to a State and Federal request to reduce the spread of Gypsy moths. The resort has firewood for sale (and it's a lot cheaper then a $50 - $500 fine).
Do not hang lanterns from the trees without proper hangers. Trees go up in flames quickly and are not quickly replaced let alone the danger the fire can pose to yourself and others. There are inexpensive hangers you can purchase to safely hang your lantern from trees without damaging them.
If you are a smoker, please put your cigarette butts and package wrappers in the fire pit. The fire pit is like a huge ashtray, and it won't take much effort on your part to put the butts in the fire pit.
