Description: The Bighorn Basin surrounding this KOA was once a real Jurassic Park. Marvel at 170-million-year-old dinosaur footprints in the sandstone of Red Gulch Dinosaur Track Site. An hour’s drive south near Thermopolis, fossil digs are still under way at the Wyoming Dinosaur Center, and its museum houses several skeletons. Nearby, view buffalo and take a dip in the soothing waters of the world’s largest hot mineral springs at Hot Springs State Park
