Directions: From US 77 South, Exit 802E or Boca Chica Blvd (approximately 5 miles) to FM 313 (Minnesota). Continue on Minnesota for about ONE mile. Note the Paul's Park Sign. The entry has lighted Gate Posts as well as white lights on the palm trees on either side of the entry for late arrivals.
City By-Pass Entry to the East of Brownsville via FM 511 - Watch for a Water Tower painted like a Golf Ball on your Right. Exit FM 511 to the right approx. 1 mile further south. Turn Left under Hwy 77 at the Stop Sign and follow FM 511 EAST approx. 8 miles to the Port of Brownsville and TX 48. (Interest Point - you will cross FM 1847 (Flashing Red Stop Lite) at the Site of the First Battle of the Mexican - American War 1846 which established the Rio Grande River as the border of the United States and Mexico.) Turn Right onto TX 48 just before the overpass - merging with Traffic entering Brownsville from the East. Cross the Traffic Light at Intersection with FM 802 and be prepared to make a Left turn (about 3/4 mile) at the next intersection onto Minnesota Ave. Continue on Minnesota Ave. for approximately 1 mile to the park on the Right. Paul's Park entry has lited Gate Posts as well as white lights on the Palms on either side of the Entry.
