Description: Mission Bell RV Resort and its side-by-side sister property Trade Winds RV Resort is a fabulous resort styled active 55+ retirement community located in the Rio Grande Valley region of south Texas. Our 630 space park is equipped with the latest facilities and amenities for your comfort and convenience, and open to both nightly and seasonal guests alike. So whether you are coming for the night, or staying for the year, we have everything you will need for a memorable stay. Our Resort is more than just an RV park, it's a community. We have one of the best activities directors in the entire area, who plans regularly scheduled social events and coordinates all of our dances, card games and entertainment venues. We have many clubs and organizations that meet regularly in the park, including a motor cycle club, computer club and golf groups. Our new exercise room is a real hit with out customers. We host weekly dances with live bands in our 20,000 SF recreation and dance hall with a floating wood dance floor. We also have a full dance program and jams weekly. We are within minutes of 5 golf courses and have a very active golf group of over 60 golfers that host regular golf outings and social events. We also have motorcycle clubs and computer clubs. We have quilters, sewers and crafters as well as a fully equipped woodworking shop. There is always something brewing at our park. But if you just want to relax, we have two heated salt water swimming pools and spas for your enjoyment.
Directions: Going West on Exp. 83, turn right (N) on Shary Rd about 1 mile until you reach Bus 83, turn Left (W); continue 1 mile park located on Right (N) side of Bus 83.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund minus a $50 administration fee until October 1st. No refunds after arrival.

Pet Policy: We love your pets and all we ask in return is that you follow a few simple rules to make it enjoyable for all our guests. We allow two pets per unit, but our insurance carrier requires us to exclude what they label as a few vicious breeds such as chows, pitbulls, mastifs, wolf breeds, full sized dobermans and a few others. Please call us if you have questions about a specific breed. Your dogs must remain on a leash and cannot be left outdoors unattended. Pet owner responsibility for clean up and noise is required.
