Description: We welcome you to the Cross Eyed Cricket Canoe Company at Stanton / Meramec KOA! You may have been to a KOA park before, but Stanton / Meramac KOA in Missouri isn't like any camp spot you've seen before. You can rent from our wide variety canoes, rafts or inner tubes for float trips on the Meramec River. Life Jackets are included. Why not stop by the Cricket Café for some tasty BBQ? Choose from a myriad of dishes, including: a 1 inch pork steak, BBQ ribs, brisket (cooked Texas style!), and more. Add some sweet, juicy corn on the cob, baked beans and potato salad and you've got a gourmet meal that will leave you satisfied. The Cricket Café is open 7 days a week from April 1st through October 31st. Breakfast is on the menu, as well, with FREE pancakes everyday! We have a well-stocked grocery store, snack bar and deli for your picnicking pleasure. Take a refreshing dip in our new swimming pool or enjoy a little fishing in our pond. "
