Payment Terms: Three Night Minimum on Fourth of July Weekend (July 1-3)
and Labor Day Weekend (September 2-4) Holidays.
Stay 4 nights or more and pay the Summer Weekday Rates!

(Memorial Day Weekend (May 27-29) and Columbus Day Weekend (Oct. 7-9).
Premium Tent sites available on Memorial Day Weekend only.
No tent sites available after Labor Day.
Sales Tax: Rates subject to 7% State Sales Tax.

Directions: Take Exit 19 in Wells off I-95 and proceed Left onto Route 109.
Follow Route 109 to the light at US Route 1 and go Right for 1.4 miles.
The Wells Beach Resort is on your Right.
Cancellation Policy: Refunds will be issued provided notification of cancellation is received two weeks (14 days) before arrival.
• Camp-Credits will be issued provided notification is received at least 24 hours prior to arrival date. No Camp-Credits given if cancellation is received less than 24 hours before arrival date.
• No refunds or Camp-Credits given in the event of a Holiday cancellation. Refunds will not be given due to inclement weather.
All refunds subject to a $15.00 Service Charge.
Reservation Information: Reservations are accepted after January 1, 2005, by telephone only.
Pet Policy: • Maximum of 2 pets per campsite.
• No pets allowed on Tent Sites.
Campground Rules: Tents are not permitted on RV Sites.
An Extra Tent is permitted on Tent Sites for Family Members only
(mother, father, children under 21) for an additional fee.
