Directions:
From New York and the South:

Take I-684 to I-84 East. In Danbury, CT, take Exit 7 (U.S. 7 & 202). Follow north to New Milford, CT. Then follow U.S. 202 East 19 miles to Maple Street in Bantam, CT. Take left & follow signs 4 miles to campground. (About 1-1/2 hours from White Plains, N.Y.)

From north or south:
Take Exit 42 from Conn. Route 8, follow Conn. 118 West to Litchfield Center, Follow U.S. 202 West 1 mile, then turn right on Milton Road. Follow signs 4 miles to campground.


Cancellation Policy:
Ten days written notice required on all cancellations (10% fee per site. Minimum $10.00 cancellation fee.) No refunds for early departure or late arrival. No refunds due to inclement weather. Rates subject to change without notice. We do our best to accommodate your requests but can not guarentee specific sites.


Reservation Information:
Telephone reservations recommended. Payment in full is required within 10 days of making the reservation.


Pet Policy:
Pet friendly park. One large dog or two small dog per site. Please bring copy of your pet's current rabies certificate. Pets need to be on leash.


Campground Rules:
*Speed limit in the camp is 5 mph.
*All music must be played at a reasonable volume as not to disturb others and cannot be offensive to others.
*Motorcycles may be used to enter or exit the park. No joy riding. No mini bikes, ATV's or motorized scooters are allowed in property.
*No firearms, explosive devices, cap guns, sling shots, fireworks, sparklers or bow and arrows.
*Quiet hours are from 11:00 pm - 8:00 am.
*Children must head back to their site by 10:45 pm. Please be considerate of others sleeping.
*No kegs allowed - excessive drinking or intoxication will not be tolerated.
*Minor children (under 18) are not to be left unattended in the park. If a minor is left in the campground with someone other than a legal guardian, the office must be provided with a note as to who is responisible.
*Before making any changes to your site you must get permission from management.
*Respect other guests and their property. Use roads and paths rather cutting through sites.

POND RULES
**No swimming in the ponds.
**Parents must supervise children at all times when they are near the pond.
**No throwing sticks, stones or any other objects into the ponds. this can harm and disturb the pond life.
**CATCH AND RELEASE ONLY.


POOL RULES
There is no lifeguard on duty in the pool area.
No one under 18 is allowed in the hot tub.
No bikes, pets or glass bottles in the pool area.
No diapers in the poo.
No swimming alone.
Appropriate swim attire is required.
Follow all posted pool signs.

BIKE POOLS
Ct State law requires anyone under the age of 16 must wear a helmet when riding a bike. Do not wear your helmet at the playground.
Skateboards are phohibited.
No gas/electric scooters.

We take pride of our natural surroundings so please be respectful of mother nature and all of her creatures.
All living creatures found on property must stay here when you leave, for others to enjoy. Please don't take home our frogs, lizards, fish, turtles, etc.
