Description: Enjoy a leisurely stroll on our nature trail that winds through our 40-acre woods. If you look carefully and are quiet, you may see a moose, or deer or other U.P. wildlife. Feel free to pick the wild berries along the way!
We own & operate a quiet family park and we are committed to providing our guests with a safe & secure stay.
If you want tranquility, you will enjoy a stay with us. We understand the importance of pets in the family. Pets are allowed in the campground and must be leashed and under the control of their owner at ALL times. KEEP YOUR PETS LEASHED AT ALL TIMES! If you cannot abide by our pet rules, then please choose a different park to spend your vacation time.
Our large grassy pull thru' sites can accommodate any size rig. Because we do want to keep our sites grassy, rugs and mats of any kind or size are not allowed.
Dan & I are seasoned campers and have a great respect for Mother Nature. We have put that part of ourselves into our campground and are able to offer you modern & rustic camping in a natural wooded setting. We take pride in our well-maintained campground and facilities; from keeping the bird feeders filled to protecting the many species of trees found in the campground. Enjoy a spectacular sunrise or a berry-picking stroll through our scenic woods, or just sit and listen to the many birds found in the campground. A bird-viewing deck is available for our adult guests. During the summer and early fall months you'll be treated to up close viewing of hummingbirds as well as other species of birds native to our area.
Please remember that the Upper Peninsula is noted for mosquitoes and other buzzing bugs. Come prepared with Off!

If you need to cancel a holiday or special events stay, in order to receive a refund, minus a $10.00 processing fee, you are required to give a 5 day cancellation notice. There will always be a $10.00 processing fee (per site reserved), regardless of when you cancel. If you have reserved 3 nights or longer and wish to shorten your stay to just two nights, that change must be made 5 days prior to your arrival. There will not be a fee for this change. Anything less than 5 days notice results in either a one day or a two day forfeit of deposit, depending on length of stay.
FOR YOUR PROTECTION, PLEASE DO NOT SEND EMAIL TO CANCEL.
