Walleye season in Michigan starts May 15th. Walleyes go up the Whitefish River to spawn, after spawning they return to the waters of Little Bay De Noc, record catches are common at this time of the season. Whitefish RV Park and Campground is 5 minutes from the Rapid River boat launch site, which is located at Little Bay De Noc Michigan. Charter fishing trips are available and can be booked in advance by appointment throught Pat at Whitefish Hill Campground and RV Park.
