Cancellation Policy:
We have a NO REFUND policy. Saco River Camping Area reserves the right to evict campers without refunds or recourse, who are in management's opinion are not observing these or any other rules we make. We reserve the right to prohibit entrance of any party to the campground.
Pet Policy:
PETS allowed on limited basis, Quiet and Friendly
No dogs that bark at other Pets or People.
No aggressive breeds.
Quiet family pets only.
Kept on a leash at all times.(Including sites)
Not left unattended (inside or outside of camping unit).
Cleaned up after.(anywhere they go).
They are not permitted on the playground, beach, pool area, or office.
Campground Rules:
Campground Rules and Information
1. Check In/Out Time is 12 Noon. Deposit will hold site until 10:00 p.m. on date of arrival.
2. All Vehicles must display up to date pass while in camp.
3. Entrance gate is closed and locked from 11:00p.m. till 7:00a.m..
4. 5 miles per hour speed limit strictly enforced throughout camp.
5. Quiet time from 10:00p.m. till 8:00a.m. Loud music will not be tolerated at anytime.
6. We have a NO REFUND policy. Saco River Camping Area reserves the right to evict campers without refunds or recourse, who are in management's opinion are not observing these or any other rules we make. We reserve the right to prohibit entrance of any party to the campground.
7. Public display of intoxication, underage drinking, disorderly conduct, and fighting or obscene language WILL result in immediate EVICTION.
8. Fireworks and firearms are prohibited in camp. Fireworks are illegal in North Conway.
9. Possession or use of illicit drugs is prohibited and will lead to eviction and arrest.
11. Maximum of four adults per site.
12. Do not move fireplaces from where they are placed.
13. All Visitors must register before entering the campground and pay appropriate fees. Day visitors must be out by 10:00p.m.
15. Put all trash in designated areas. Do not leave on site! Recycling is mandatory in North Conway.
17. We are on metered town water, washing of vehicles is not allowed. Please report all water leaks to the management.
19. Please stay on roads and do not shortcut by driving through sites. Walking through occupied sites is inconsiderate. Please see to it that children understand this.
22. A single short clothesline will be allowed between 7:00a.m. and 5:00p.m. Serious injuries can result from clotheslines left up after dark. Do not leave ropes attached to trees.
23. Freestanding canopies are allowed but tarps strung between trees are not permitted.
24. All children 18 and under need to be on site after 10:00p.m.
25. No bicycle riding after dark.
