Description: Shady Knoll Campground combines the conveniences of a modern campground with all the age-old traditions that make camping fun. Its mid-Cape location is central to all of the Cape’s favorite attractions. The campground’s amenities include clean, modern restrooms, free private hot showers, wireless high speed Internet service, a laundry and a playground. In addition, our beautiful new lodge features a camp store, game room, and lounge – with nightly movies during the summer months. Campfires are permitted at Shady Knoll, too. So, bring along the marshmallows! If you forget anything at home, no problem. A convenience store sells groceries and liquor right across the street.
Directions: Cross the Cape Cod Canal via the Sagamore Bridge. Follow Route 6 to Exit 11, turn right onto Route 137 (towards Brewster.) Follow Route 137 to the end. Shady Knoll is directly across Route 6A.

Reservation Information: You are encouraged to use the following on-line form in order to request a reservation at Shady Knoll Campground. We will make every effort to respond to your request as promptly as possible, generally within 24 hours. Important Note: AOL customers must add our e-mail address to their approved list in order to insure that they receive our response.
Once we notify you that a site is available, you must finalize the reservation process by making arrangements for the payment of the required reservation deposit. Personal checks are accepted for advance reservation deposits only, and should be mailed. For your added convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Payments by credit card may be made via our new Secure Credit Card Payment website. (We will provide you with a link to that site if you choose to utilize this option.) You may also fax your credit card information to us at (508) 896-1771, or you may phone us with your credit card information at (508) 896-3002. Regardless of the method of payment which you choose, please be aware that you do not have a confirmed reservation until your deposit has been processed.
Pet Policy: * Check-out time is noon. Check-in time is 1:00PM - 9:00PM.

Weekends in July and August require a three night minimum reservation. July 4th requires four nights.

A 50% deposit is required for stays of 5 days or more. All other reservations must be prepaid in full.

NO REFUNDS without at least 15 days advance notice prior to your scheduled arrival date. There is a service charge of $25.00 for reservations of 7 nights or less and a $50.00 service charge for cancelled reservations of 8 nights or more. Refunds will be mailed within 60 days of a qualified cancellation.

We highly recommend that you use the following On-Line Reservation service (or call us, if you prefer) to make your reservations to determine the availability of space. Your reservation will be held until noon following your arrival date. Full balance of fees is due upon arrival for the time which you requested and which we will have confirmed.
* No arrivals between 9:00PM and 9:00AM (out of courtesy for our other guests.)
* Non-family reservations must be cleared through the office in advance.
* One car and one family per site.

Although we do allow pets, we do not recommend that you bring them. They must be taken with you whenever you leave camp and are not allowed on most of the beaches.
* We will try to honor site number requests; however, we cannot guarantee them.
* Open fires are permitted.
