Description: Our 50 site campground, nestled in and around the mountainous terrain of the town of Washington in the beautiful state of New Hampshire, offers the very best of both worlds. Enjoy the stunning mountain vistas or the serenity of the crystal waters of Highland Lake. When you camp with us you can take your cue from our name and relax in front of a cozy fire, fish for bass, take a quiet canoe or paddle boat ride. If you're feeling a bit more energetic take an invigorating hike on our mountain trails. Pack your mountain bike if riding the trails are more your thing. Bring your motor boat and water skis or your personal water craft. Enjoy all of the lake's 679 acres. Please make sure that your pets are always leashed and barking is controlled. All waste must be removed and your pets must never be left unattended. We also offer winter camping for we are located in a large snow mobile area surrounded by over 50 miles of trails. These are also used for cross country skiing. We are 40 minutes from pats peak and crotchet mountain ski areas as well. You can also find local and camp activities on our site. We do offer theme weekend activities, such as Christmas in July and weekend in Hawaii just to name a few.
