Description: Only two-tenths of a mile off scenic Rt. 17 is a smaller place to relax surrounded by the natural world. We have hot showers and flush toilets. Most sites are in the woods and border on Shadow Brook, with 50’ separation between sites. Best suited to tents. Some pop-up and RV space for the adventurous. The Long Trail is accessible from nearby Jerusalem Trail, and at the top of Appalachian Gap (Rt. 17), or Lincoln Gap. Maple Hill is between Mount Abe and Mount Ellen. Enjoy woodland walks within our 150 acres or take a 5-minute walk to some great trout fishing or small swimming hole. Larger swimming hole w/waterfall 5 minute drive. Watch sunsets over the Adirondacks. 1/2 hour to Middlebury (Rt. 7) or Waitsfield (Rt. 100), and 45 min. south of Burlington. Glad to send brochure, answer questions & take reservations.
