It's easy to find Pine Valley RV Resort
We're just off Exit 1 of I-89, on Route 4 West.
Reservation Information:
YOU MUST BE 21 OR OLDER TO MAKE RESERVATIONS.
A $30 non-refundable deposit is required in advance for holiday and Quechee Balloon Festival weekends.
Reservation deposits ($30) for other stays will be refunded (less $10 service charge) if notified of cancellation 7 days prior to arrival date.
Your deposit will be forfeited if your reservations are cancelled less than
7 days of arrival date.
A one day penalty fee will be applied for any cancellations
with less than 24 hours notice.
Pet Policy:
Quiet pets on leashes are permitted. Pet must be attended at all times.
We would like to keep Pine Valley a "pet friendly" park. Please use the designated dog walk area cross the road from the pond, and the area beyond site71 on the upper level. Unoccupied sites, mulched areas and flowering shrubs, the grassy boat dock and the dumping station areas, playground, and park roads / paths are NOT dog area. Please pick up your dog's feces and discard them in the the large dumpster. Extra dog baggies are available at our office.
Campground Rules:
GUESTS / VISITORS: All guests. visitors, and additional family must register and pay the rate at the office. Management reserves the right to limit visitors. We ask all visitors not staying over night to leave the campground by 9:00pm.
LATE CHECK-OUTS: Check out after 12 noon can be arranged thru the office based on availability. A $2.00 / hour fee is assessed if the site is to remain occupied after check out time.
REFINDS: No cash /credit card refunds are given. Credits for another stay are issued instead.
LIMITED SERVICES: from 10/15/04 to 10/29/04 depending on the weather.
