Description: 67 sites along river frontage--a centrally located VT vacation base in the Champlain Valley. “On-site (self-contained) units to rent.” Bordered one side by 4,000’ of sparkling river frontage where you can camp on large sites (some that will accommodate groups camping together). “Canoe and tube rentals.” Many historical sites and attractions are nearby; plus great hiking and biking in the valley or the Green Mountains. Landscaped, grassy grounds. Enjoy using our nature trail, river walk, beach area or renowned trout fishing access here at the confluence of Otter Creek and New Haven River. Spacious, shaded or open, level sites. WE all sites. Large, clean restrooms; dump station; metered propane; hot showers; laundry; pavilion; fire rings; picnic tables; horseshoes; volleyball; wood; ice; “modem friendly” telephone; small store. Rt. 7, 3 miles north of Middlebury, turn west onto Dog Team Rd., go 1 mile to campground entrance, west on Rivers Bend Road (Private). Discounts: weekly, monthly, season. MC/VISA accepted.

Directions:
From NY/CT:
Take Interstate 84 or 95 east to Interstate 91 north to Vermont. Get off exit #6: Route 103 north enjoy the ride, it's a long one. Take 103 north to Route 7 north (approx. I I/2 hour ride). Go right, on route 7 north, to Rutland. From Rutland, you're only one hour away from the most beautiful camping areas in Vermont. Continue North on route 7 to Middlebury, 3 miles North of Middlebury turn left onto Dog Team Rd. Campground is one mile on left.

From The North:
30 miles south of Burlington on Route 7 turn right onto Dog Team Rd. 1 mile to entrance of campground.

From the East:
Take Route 2 or 4 west to Route 7, then follow above directions.

From the West:
Take Route 4 east to route 7, and then follow above directions.

Reservation Information:
Management reserves right to refuse service to anyone. Reservations suggested for holiday and specific sites. To reserve we require a 50% deposit (non-refundable) for the time reserved. If cancellation of reservation is made one week prior to arrival, your deposit may be applied to camping during the season. No refund for early departure. Request for specific campsites can be honored for reservations made for one week or more. We will do our best to fill site request for shorter periods of time. MasterCard and Visa accepted

Canoes are available to rent for $6.00 per hour ($10.00 minimum rental). Life vests and tubes available.
