Description: Quechee Gorge State Park is located off Rt. 4 in Quechee. Consisting of 611 acres, the park is perched above the spectacular 200' deep Quechee Gorge, one of Vermont’s true natural attractions. Visitors can enjoy the view from the Rt. 4 bridge or walk the hiking trails winding down into the Gorge. The dam at Dewey Mill Pond has created a pleasing waterfall. North Hartland Lake, located 2 miles from the park, provides a popular spot for swimming and fishing. The park includes 47 spacious and private tent/trailer sites, and seven lean-tos, hot showers and dumping station.
