A short drive to the south and to the east takes you to Hayes Arboretum, Glen Miller Rose Garden in Richmond, Winchester Speedway and Mrs. Wicks Pie Factory in Winchester. Scattered about the countryside, one will find numerous Amish farms and settlements along with well known antique malls and junque shoppes.
