From Boone: 8 miles South on Hwy 105, pass Exxon on Right, then turn Left beside church. From Linville: 7 miles North on Hwy 105 and turn Right beside church. Formerly Foscoe Village Campground. Open: Year Round. Public invited. Overnight and seasonal campers welcome! Cabin rentals, full hookups, tent sites. Shady sites beside the Watauga River or spacious sites with beautiful mountain views. Playground and adjacent trout fishing (tackle furnished, no license required). Deluxe bathhouse facilities, laundry, 30/50 amp hookups, cable TV. Near Ski Beech, Ski Sugar, Ski Hawksnest, 3 public golf courses, Linville Caverns, Linville Falls, Tweetsie Railroad Theme Park, Horn in the West passion play, university sports, theatre, craft shops, flea market. Free hay rides Saturday Nights. Reasonable rates. Call for color brochure.
