Stellar Sites (walk-in):
Single tent site (for 1 small to medium tent): $22/night,
with a maximum of 4 people per site.
Double tent site (for 1 or 2 small to medium tents): $33/night,
with a maximum of 6 people per site.
Techno Tent Sites (for 1 tent, with water & elec.):
$27/night for up to 4 people. Addditional people $2/night,
with a maximum of 6 people.

Woodspirit's Retreat (1BR):
$100.00 per night;
$600.00 per week (1 night is free).
Dogwood Den (1BR):
without pet: $100.00 per night;
$600.00 per week (1 night is free).
with pet: $110.00 per night;
$650.00 per week (1 night is free).
Hickory Hideaway (2BR): $120.00 per night; $720.00 per week

Ponderosa Pines (3BR): $145.00 per night; $870.00 per week

Payment Terms: We offer a weekly rate--pay for 6 nights and the 7th is free.

Directions: From downtown Brevard, take US 276 South for approximately 7.4 miles. Turn Right onto East Fork Road. We are 3/4 mile up on the left.

Cancellation Policy: To guarantee a confirmed reservation, we require a 50% deposit (100% for 1-night stays), in the form of a check or money order. The deposit is due within 7 days of making the reservation. The balance is due at check in. We accept cash, checks, and traveler's checks, but NO credit cards.
For cabin cancellations made more than 29 days prior to arrival date, we will refund the deposit, minus a $25 service charge. For cabin cancellations made 15 to 29 days prior to arrival, we will refund 50% of the deposit. For cabins cancelled within 14 days of arrival Ash Grove will retain the entire deposit.
For campsite cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival date, we will refund the deposit, minus a $5 service charge. There is no refund for campsite cancellations made 14 days or less prior to arrival date, or for holiday reservations, regardless of cancellation date.
Changing dates may result in a cancellation fee. No refunds for early departures.

In your message, please include your name, address & phone number, requested check-in & check-out dates, number of adults & children in your party, type of site that you prefer, and the size of your tent, RV or trailer. We answer all emails promptly. If you have not received a reply by the next day, please re-send your email or give us a call.
Pet Policy: Pets are allowed in the campsites and Dogwood Den cabin.
Pets are not permitted in any of the other cabins.
Pets must be current on their vaccinations and on a flea control program.
Pets must be on a leash or chain when outside the cabin, tent, or RV.
Pets must not be a nuisance to other guests (eg, barking).
Pets should not be left unattended for long periods.
Clean up after your pet.
Campground Rules: *Speed limit is “Dead Slow”. There are children, pets and wildlife in the area.
*Quiet time is 10pm to 8am. Excessively loud behavior is unacceptable at any hour.
*Playground is open from 9am to 8pm. Children under 10 must be accompanied by a parent.
*Parents are responsible for their children and/or pets. Do not leave them unattended and please do not let their volume disturb other guests.
*Pets must be on a leash or chain at all times.
*Clean up after your pet in the campground and on the trails.
*No pets allowed in the bathhouse.
*No cutting or damaging standing wood. Do not collect any plant life or harm any wildlife.
*Do not leave campfires unattended. Completely extinguish fires before leaving or checking out. We provide a fire bucket which you must keep filled with water and by the fire at all times.
*Please be careful with cigarette butts—dispose of them in the fire pit. Due to fire danger, smoking is not permitted on the trails.
*No smoking in the bathhouse.
*Dispose of food in the trash cans provided. Do not throw any food or litter in the woods—it attracts unwelcome critters.
*Do not place bottles or cans in the fire pit.
