Lake Aire offers a wide variety of campsites for your camping vacation. RV sites offer full or partial hook-up service and are mostly pull-through. Our secluded tent sites offer a quiet camping retreat.
Our roads are crushed rock and the sites are grassy. A playground will keep the kids entertained and a fitness area is available for active campers. Play in the pool and enjoy a little license free fishing at the lake or just a little relaxation on the shore.
Discounts are available for a wide variety of association members, including AAA, Coachmen Caravan, Escapees, Family Campers & RVers, Good Sam, Happy Camper and Passport America. Charleston County residents also receive a discount!

Directions: Lake Aire RV Park & Campground near Charleston, SC
is easy to find! From W Jct. of I-526 & US-17 drive South 7.5 miles on US-17 to SC-162. Turn left and park is .2 mi. on left.
Cancellation Policy: We must have at least two days notice of any cancellation.

Pet Policy: Pets MUST be on a leash and picked up after.
Campground Rules: Good common sense always applies !
1. Check out 11:00 AM
2. No refund for early departure.
3. Quiet hours 10 pm - 8 am
4. Children must be supervised at all times.
5. Pets must be leashed and cleaned up after.
6. Only one unit per electrical hook-up. One A/C unit usage per RV.
7. Grey water must be disposed of at the dump station.
8. No camping out of cars. No semi-permanent structures.
9. No more than 2 tents and 6 people per tent site. Maximum stay in tent section - 2 weeks.
10. Campsites must be kept clean and clear of litter.
11. Alcohol at individual campsites only. Roudy behavior not tolerated.
12. Firearms, Fireworks, BB guns or other potentially lethal devices are not permitted.
13. Fishing permitted. No SC license required. Catch & release.
14. Washing vehicles allowed with permission. Changing oil Not permitted.
15. Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult in the restrooms.
16. Diapers must be disposed of properly.
17. Clotheslines not permitted. Laundry facilities available.
18. Washing dishes or smoking not allowed in bathhouse.
19. Soliciting and sales prohibited.
20. All guests of campers must register and leave park by 10 pm. Overnite guest fee is $2 per person.
21. All SC laws apply. Management may evict anyone for behavior detrimental to campground and its visitors.
