Quiet wooded natural no frills setting, picnic tables, stone surrounded fire pits, free showers, clean pit toilets, pond catch and release fishing, hiking trails. Volley Ball, Horseshoes, Play Structure Swings, Sandbox, Ice, Firewood, and River Observation Deck. River Farm Campground is unique in it's natural setting. Imagine yourself surrounded by nature, as you walk down one of the many wooded trails. A natural spring-fed pond offers catch-and-release fishing. There is an abundance of wildlife, including sand hill cranes, wood ducks, turtles, and white tail deer. On the west side of the pond you will see an example of the Great Pines; there are three sentinels between 3 and 4 feet in diameter, and over 100 feet tall.
Directions: US-31 to Monroe road exit turn left (west) to Longbridge road turn quick left Wayne road quick left 1-1/2 miles campground on left.

We must be notified one week prior to your check in date or you will be charged one day camping fee plus a $5.00 reservation fee.
Campground Rules: 1. There will be a maximum of four campers per one campsite or parents with their children under 18yrs. Extra campers may be allowed at the discretion of the management for a charge of $8.00 per person per day. Campsites found with unauthorized extra campers will be automatically charged the $8.00 fee per person in cash or charged to the credit card on file and expelled from the campground. Visitors must leave the campground by 10pm .
2. 1 vehicle per site is allowed. 1 extra vehicle may be parked in overflow parking. Boats, jet skis, atvs or dune buggies must be kept on trailers and are not to be operated on the campground. Gunning of engines is not allowed.
3. Pets must be tethered on a leash no longer than 6 feet and attended at all times. There is an additional $3.00 per day charge for pets. Pets must be kept quiet. Please be considerate of other campers. Aggression from or barking of your pet will be grounds for expulsion. Please clean up your pets potty functions as soon as they happen and deposit them in a sealed container in designated areas..
4. Gathering of tinder is limited to the campground area. Climbing and /or cutting of trees living or dead is prohibited. The use of chainsaws, or axes in camp is prohibited. Please note that the DNR prohibits bringing firewood from home due to Ash Borer problems here in Michigan. If you have brought wood burn it all and do not transport it. Fires are to be kept low and attended at all times. The use of gasoline, alcohol, acetone or other flammable liquids to start a fire is prohibited. Extinguish your fire before leaving the campground. Management will consider requests for moving of fire rings, and will reposition them at their discretion only.
5. Possession of any form of weapon or firearm is prohibited. Fighting and/or threatening another camper or a representative of the management will result in expulsion from the grounds and/or legal action.
