We are located off of Highway 61 and Eighth Avenue West on a peninsula surrounded by the Harbor on one side and Lake Superior on the other. The campground is easy walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants, and the North House Folk School.
We offer 300 campsites: 152 full-hookup sites with electric, water and sewer; 104 water and electric sites and 44 primitive campsites with lakeviews or private wooded sites. Large group campsites are also available. Campers have free use of the RV dump. Four bath houses provide campers with hot showers and flush toilets. Each campsite includes a picnic table and fire box. Campers can also use the fireplace at the Lakeside Pavilion. "

Cancellation Policy:
We require 48 hours notification of cancellation prior to 1 p.m. check-in time to qualify for refund of camping deposit ($20).
Reservation Information:
Reservations can be made beginning January 1 for the current year. Reservations are recommended for all weekends in July and August, and a minimum stay of three nights is required over Fisherman's Picnic Weekend in August. We try to honor specific site requests, but do not guarantee them. We reserve the right to reassign campsites as needed.
Pet Policy:
All pet must be accompanied by a person. Leashes need to be 6-feet or less. Please clean up after your pet. Free pooper scoopers are located throughout the park and along the shore. Failure to pick up after your pet, can result in water contamination and beach closings. Walk your dog outside of sites and keep your pets quiet. We know you love your pets and would never leave them unattended.
