Description: "The new owners, Richard and Mary, of Kelly's RV Park would like to welcome EVERYONE to join them in experiencing our tranquil adult-oriented, Northern Central Florida community situated in the beautiful Suwannee Valley! Children are welcome to visit for up to a week. Open year-round, Kelly's has 20 acres of large RV and mobile home sites, many of which are paved. If you are long-term, you can get a telephone hook-up through our local provider, Alltel. The park is teeming with lush live oaks and pines draped in beautiful Spanish Moss, and the property is surrounded by nature trails - All in a friendly peaceful setting!
Come explore the amazing variety of plants, trees and wildlife. We have several gardens, located throughout our Park, for everyone to enjoy and we are proud cohabitants with the gopher tortoise! The gopher tortoise (Gopherus polyphemus) is an endangered species. The Suwannee River is located just a ½ mile away in historic White Springs. You may enjoy all of the activities that White Springs has to offer. There is canoeing or kayaking, horseback riding, hiking and picnicking, trail biking and road bicycling, fishing and hunting. There are over 75 miles of marked trails for hikers and bikers. This includes single-track fat bicycle trails, the Florida Trail and the Big Shoals hiking trail.
Our climate-controlled clubhouse is open 24 hours and provides a comfortable setting for our many activities. It has a complete kitchen, a television with satellite and VCR, fireplace and a hall area with tables, a piano, a pool table, games, puzzles and a library. The clubhouse is the place for potluck dinners, breakfasts, cookouts, Bingo, card playing, movie viewing, TV watching, crafts and most all of the action. Right outside are several rocking chairs and the communal campfire pit, complete with complimentary firewood. |
