Other Pricing Info: Each party is charged for camping. (1 party is up to 2 adults and three legal dependents under the age of 21. Parties in separate tents or trailers are an additional party). Each additional adult visitor is $6, Sr or child visitor is $3 per night. No late night rowdies allowed. Our strictly enforced quiet hour is 10:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Failure to arrive on the arrival date without notifying the reservations office forfeits the deposit and the site.

I-95 North to Exit 48, Westbrook. Take a right at light onto Riverside and go 1.5 miles to Route 302. Left onto Route 302 West. Go 24.9 miles to Route 35 in Naples. Right onto 35 and go 11.2 miles to the first stop sign in Harrison. Take a right, onto Route 117, and go 1.9 miles to a left onto Deer Hill Road. In 6/10 mile go left to Vacationland Campground.
Bangor/Augusta
I-95 South to 495 South (ME Turnpike) to Exit 75 (Formerly Exit 12), Auburn. Left at light. Go 4.2 miles and take left, at "Roy's Hamburgers", onto Route 121 which isn't marked well at junction. Go 13.5 miles to Route 26 and go right onto 26 North. Go 6.2 miles and take left onto Route 117 in South Paris. Go 10.8 miles and take right onto Deer Hill Road. In 6/10 mile go left onto Vacationland Road.
Cancellation Policy: Refunds will be given on cancellations done more than 30 days prior to reserved arrival. A service charge of $25 will be applied to all cancellations and/or reductions of stay. Full site charges apply to no-shows and cancellations made 30 days, or less, prior to reserved arrival.
Reservation Information: Reservations for less than a week can be made 30 days in advance with a 2 night minimum stay and full payment in advance.Holiday weekends require 3-night minimum stay with advance payment. We accept Visa & MasterCard. Refunds will not be given due to weather, eviction from rule breaking, or personal reasons. Reservation changes within 30 days of stay that decrease the camping charges will be charged amount of original reservation.
Pet Policy: Pet Supplemental Requirements
* There is a nightly fee, per pet. This applies to all non-seasonal pets.
* Visitors are not allowed to bring any pets.
* Protective and/ or aggressive pets are not welcome; do not bring them here; when detected they will be required to leave immediately. The animal cannot be protective of any thing, or person in any way for any reason, ever.
* Proof of current shots is required before any pet is brought into the campground.
* If a pet creates a disturbance or is a nuisance it will be required to leave immediately.
* Pets are not allowed to bark constantly or consistently.
* Pets should never be left alone.
* Pets should always be cleaned up after. Pet waste must be placed in a tightly sealed trash bag and put in the dumpster. Never rake waste into piles to be left on the ground.
* Never have pets on the beach or playground.
* Pets should be on a short leash at all times and to remain tied on a strong durable chain that will not allow the pet to extend toward the site edge in any direction.
* No more than 2 pets per site allowed.
* Children are not allowed to walk pets.
* No pets allowed in any buildings or facilities of the campground.
* If you need clarification of any requirements it is your responsibility to get them from campground management, only.
* We reserve the right to refuse entry into the campground of any person(s) or pets without explanation or reason.
* We reserve the right to change anything without notice and have the change prevail.
Campground Rules: Speed Limit
5 mph maximum. Never drive over 5 miles per hour in the campground.
Quiet Time
By 9:00 p.m. noise levels should be reasonably quiet. Between 10:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. whisper quiet is mandatory.
Arrival Time
No arrivals requiring set up allowed after 9:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m.
Visitors
Visitors are not allowed to bring pets. Campers are responsible for their visitors' actions and their fee. Visitors must park in the visitors' parking area. No visitor parking in the campground. Day visitor hours are 8:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m.
Children
Parents must know where their children are and be responsible for their behavior at all times. Ages 6 and under must be escorted to and from restrooms.
Alcohol
Alcoholic beverages must be consumed only at your campsite. Maine State Law prohibits anyone under the age of 21 to possess or consume alcoholic beverages or anyone to furnish alcoholic beverages to anyone under the age of 21.
Fireworks & Firearms
All firewords and firearms are prohibited in the campground.
Trash
Please put all normal garbage waste, only, in the Dumpster located near visitor parking. Do not leave any trash or garbage anywhere on your site when you leave.
Bicycles
Daylight hour use only. Do not ride after dark. Always wear a helmet.
Playground Equipment
Our playground equipment is for people 80 pounds or less in weight to use and be on. Do not change or alter any playground equipment.
Fires
Do not move fireplaces. (Miles of underground high voltage power lines and water lines exist in the campground.) Never leave campfires unattended.
Garbage
Do not leave food and/or drink waste or residue of any kind in fireplaces or exposed to the air. It draws flies and other pests to the area.
Parking
Parking is allowed strictly at campsites or visitor parking. No roadside parking is allowed anywhere in the campground.
Swimming
No swimming after dark. No diving off the boat docks or swimmers raft and slide.
