Large in-ground swimming pool, shower house, camp store, 8 spacious rental cabins, log cabin wedding chapel, commerical kitchen/dining hall, fishing lakes, boat rentals, bicycle rentals, fishing pole rentals, playgrounds, basketball, volleyball, horse shoe pits, miles of hiking, walking & bicycle trails, summer music concert series, scheduled activities, specialty weekends. Directions:
From intersection of m50/m52, travel south on M52 approx. 3 miles. Turn left (east) on Gady road, approximately 2 miles on right hand side. 40 minutes from Toledo, OH. 40 minutes from Ann Arbor, MI. 40 minutes from Jackson, MI.
Cancellation Policy:
$15.00 cancellation fee. No refunds for cancellations within 2 weeks of camping dates.
Reservation Information:
Reservations not always necessary but recommended especially for Nascar race weekends, holiday weekends and our Halloween weekend. Call (517) 264-5531 for reservations or go to our web site at www.sequoiacamping.com, print off a registration form, fill it out, mail it in along with deposit. Full camping rate required at time of reservation. We accept checks (at time of reservation only), cash, Visa & MC credit and debit cards. We do not accept checks at time of camping.
Pet Policy:
At Sequoia, we recognize pets as family members. Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash at all times and are not to be left unattended at any time. Pets are not permitted inside of rental cabins, at lake areas, pool, bath house, kitchen, dining hall or playground. Owners are responsible for cleaning up their pet's feces. Owners of excessively barking dogs will be asked to remove their dogs from camp property. No aggressive breed animals allowed. Current vaccination cert. required.
Campground Rules:
Clean-up after yourselves. Quiet time 10:00pm-8:00am. No moving firepits or trash burning allowed. No fireworks. No firearms. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all waterfront areas. Speed limit 5 mph throughout park. 8 person limit per camp site. No firewood may be brought into camp or removed from camp until further notice from DEQ due to Emerald Ash Borer.
