We're a pet friendly park with pull through sites averaging 70 feet in length, all with water, sewer, and 20/30/50 amp electric service. Centrally located between Knoxville, Nashville and Chattanooga we're the perfect place to spend a quiet relaxing weekend. Enjoy our stocked fishing pond, free wireless internet, game room with 32 inch LCD satellite TV, and sparkling clean private restrooms and showers.

Cancellation Policy: *For cancellations made with a minimum of 7 days notice, a $10 cancellation fee is charged.
*For cancellations made with less than 7 days notice, a fee equal to one day is charged.
*No refunds on or after arrival date except at management's discretion.

Pet Policy: We are a pet friendly RV park, however, pets must be on a leash and supervised at all times. Pets may not be left unattended outside of RVs. No pets allowed in any buildings. All pet droppings must be picked up and disposed of properly. Due to insurance regulations larger dogs including Pit Bulls, Chows, Rottweilers, and Dobermans are not allowed. Other pets may be excluded at the sole discretion of management. If you're not sure whether your pet is allowed, please check when making reservations or prior to check in. Upon checking in you agree that any damages or injuries caused by your pet are your responsibility.
