Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received at least five days prior to Arrival Date will be issued a Gift Certificate in the amount of the deposit that may be used later while visiting MLA.
Reservation Information: A Minimum $25.00 per site deposit required to confirm your reservation ($50.00 for Holiday weekends).
Please note: Intoxicants are not allowed. Applicant agrees to comply with all Camping Rules (See Camping Rules).
Meadowlark Acres reserves the right to refuse any or all requests for reservations.
Pet Policy: Dogs & Cats are welcome. Your pets must not be left unattended. Good neighbor policy requires maintaining your pet's behaviour and cleaning up after your pet.
Campground Rules: -- The use of intoxicants while visiting MLA is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated (no exceptions).
-- Intoxicants are defined as any legal or illegal alcohol, chemicals or drugs.
-- Smoking is not allowed in public enclosed spaces; Store/Registration, Laundry, Restrooms, Decagon & Swimming Pool area.
-- All campers, visitors & guests must register and wear a wristband.
-- Day use visitors & guests must depart by 9:00PM to avoid incurring overnight camping charge.
-- Persons under the age of 18 are not allowed to camp without a parent or legal guardian.
-- "Family Camping" is defined as Father and Mother & ALL their unmarried children under the age of 18.
-- The use of ground covers; area mats or rugs is not allowed. They tend to kill the grass.
-- Clotheslines are potentially dangerous to passersby and therefore must be removed at dark.
-- Clean up after your pets. Baggies are available at the office if you need them.
-- Quiet hours are from 9PM to 8AM. Respect the peace & quiet expected by your neighbors.
-- Campfires must be contained within the fire ring provided. No bonfires or unattended fires are permitted.
-- Before leaving your site, be sure your fire is completely out and picnic table placed over the pit.
-- All trash shall be placed in plastic trash bags and placed in dumpster near entrance..
-- Junk items may be placed in or near dumpsters at main entrance. Do not leave junk items in camp area.
-- The harvesting of firewood from any standing tree or plant is absolutely prohibited.
-- Any form of vandalism will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
Our Security Officers and Staff have the authority and responsibility to enforce all camping rules. Refusal or failure to comply constitutes the forfeiture of all camping privileges and will require the offending party to vacate the premises immediately without refund and with no recourse.
