Description: Our family oriented resort has a beautiful view of the protected salt marsh and picturesque Wells Harbor, with the Atlantic Ocean as a backdrop.
* Take the Maine Turnpike / 95 North (Toll Road) to exit 19 Wells Sanford Exit.
* Go Left off the ramp onto Rt. 9/109 Towards Route 1.
* At the end of Rt. 109 take a left onto Route 1.
* Take an immediate Right onto Harbor Road.
* We are about 1/10 of a mile down on the left.
From the North

Train (Down Easter)
* Take the Down Easter to the Wells Maine Stop
* Get on the Wells Trolly.*
* The Trolly will Stop at Ocean View Cottages and Campground.
Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation, we require a two-week
notice for refund of deposit (minus 10%service
charge) only if we are able to rent the unit to
another family.
Reservation Information: Reservations for cottages run from Saturday to
Saturday. Full rates are from the last week in
June through Labor Day. A $150 deposit is
required at the time of rental. No reservation
may be shortened after arrival. All balances due
on reservations are payable on the day of
arrival. All rates are in U.S. funds and are
subject to the Maine state sales tax. Check out
time for cottages is 11:00 a.m. No cottage will
be available for occupancy until 2:00 p.m.
We accept camping reservations for a
minimum of FOUR nights during July and
August. A $75 deposit is required on weekly
camping reservations. A $40 deposit is
required for under one week camping. Check
out time for campers is 1:00 p.m.
