Short Summary
Comments:
We have camped as a family at this location before and had a wonderful experience. They advertise as family friendly and have accommodations that encourage families to camp here. However this last experience was horrible. After complaining about the 10-15 campers immediately next to us drinking, playing music loudly, and having very vulgar language we were told that security would take care of it. Well at 4 am in the morning after listening to the swearing and yelling plus the sounds of the couple in the tent next to us obviously enjoying one another's company a bit too much my husband finally asked them to keep it down. The next morning when we complained to the campground's staff we were told to pack even though we planned to spend one more night there. They refunded our money for the 2nd night (not the first night though) but were not interested in our concerns for the other campers having to endure another night of drunken rowdy campers. Oh and we were not the only people to complain to the staff...at least 2 other sites voiced their complaints to staff as well. However the staff didn't care and did nothing about it. Obviously we DO NOT recommend this campground nor will we EVER return.
