Beautiful park and very considerate and friendly managers. |
Comments:
We stayed at this beautiful park for almost two weeks. We had an serious illness in the family and had to be in this area during this time. Having no idea where to stay, we looked on the WEB and found River RV Resort in Delhi, CA. Driving into the park had us a little worried at first, as you go through a very old area in the country. DO NOT BE ALARMED! But, what a WONDERFUL SURPRISE at the end (literally) of the ROAD. This park is full of beautiful trees, lush green lawns, well manicured grounds, a baseball field, a hosreshoe pit, huge picnic and BBQ area, new picnic tables and many more upgrades in the works.
The managers, Larry and Juanita Hickman told us that they had just taken over the park about four months ago, their "Southern Hospitality" was a true pleasure. This HIDDEN SURPRISE is well worth a stay! This park is VERY CLEAN! We also, felt very safe leaving our RV for very long periods of time. The other bonuses are, that it is close to Yosemite National Park, The Sequoias and other places of interest.
We are leaving again, for the Merced River RV Resort on WED and staying for a week. Once again this trip is not for pleasure, but what a wonderful and peaceful place to come home at the end of the stressful days we will be having.
