Comments:
The park is owned by the City of Bell, and is not very will maintained. The park is located next to a major road and the sound of the traffic is quit loud at night, and cars are coming in and out of the park at all hours of the night. There also seem to allot of police active in the park. There are no facilities to speak of, no shower, toilet, there is a laundry room but it dirty, and the most the machines don’t work, and dumpster are usually overflowing.
