Comments: Park amenities are not nearly what is advertised! Free Wifi....not available much of the time; Free US-Canada phone...not available; salt water pool....closed for much of the season for repairs; spa.....not working; rec hall...limited activities and often moved across the street; friendliest park in the valley....although once true....most tenants not very happy folks due to the manager; many permanent models looking to leave the park; if you complain to the manager about the problems, you are told if your not happy to leave 'but' you will not get a refund!! Not about to return to this park!!!
