The worst service ever! |
Comments:
We arrived with friends who booked our sites. We understood they wer going to be very busy that weekend. we were told when we came in on Thursday we had the last sites but there were numerous empty spaces. We were put in a space that was a complete joke!! It was right next to the dumpster. We had barely two feet clearance between our trailer and the dumpster. We had no room to put out chairs since we had to park our vehicle in what was left of out space and even still part of out bumper stuck out in the road!! We asked to move but were told there was nothing else available. We had no table to put our outdoor grill on! What was the worst was that several spaces were empty the entire time we were there, and the one directly behind us that would have been perfect became available early the morning after we arrived!! When asked if we could be compensated( reduced amount since it was the smallest site and the only site without a table) they were not willing to give an inch. This is definatley not a family friendly place. It is geared toward retirees and there pets. I will never go back to the campgrounds. The marina , the restuarant and bar employees are all friendly and helpful! Just don't bother to camp there!!
