Comments: First of all, this picture shown on this website is not of the actual campground, so that's false advertising. This RV park is in the ghetto of Vallejo, right next to the freeway, between a mobile home park and in a shady residential area.
The RV park itself is small. The spaces narrow and half gravel/half pavement. There are a lot of people that live there full-time. It is also part of a mobile home park. The grounds are cleaned and maintained by a very nice older Asian man who does a great job. The management was ok, not really rude but not too friendly either.
They say the park accepts pets..WARNING TO PET OWNERS OF LARGER BREEDS..they will only let you stay for one week if you have a large dog..Dumb rule of you ask me. I wanted to stay an extra weeks to visit the area and the told me no because I had a large dog. They didnt care how much cash I was willing to pull out of my wallet. They said if they broke the rule for me they would have to break it for everyone. I said why dont you just break the rule and leave it broken because it didn't make any sense.
I thought the park was over priced. It was $35 for good sam members and $37 regular and $215 a week. I have stayed at a lot nicer places for less.
I stayed in this park ONLY because of the location. The park is in a great location close to San Francisco, 6 Flags and wine country. I was visiting friends for the holidays. Thats about the only thing it has good going for them. I would only stay in this park again because of the location, but I think I might have to rethink that if the time comes.
