Your link to this cg doesn't do service to the provisions. Has LP gas, sewer connections, pet friendly, modem in rec room.
Huge number of extended stay, construction workers from out of area this year. This limits opportunity for visiting with other retirees. Also limits available 30 amp sites. Dusty, gravel roads with children driving golf carts around and around and around. No WIFI currently; prior service was iffy. Prices better than any surrounding cgs, facilities equal or better than any other cg in Indianapolis area. Safe, rural neighborhood, construction workers and other extended people have informal "neighborhood watch" so one can leave the site for days without anything walking off.
