Comments: Grass sites, luke warm pool (at best 75 degrees and only available on the warmest days noon to 5pm), dirty laundry and no sink, old bath rooms, puny campstore, and not close to anything. Okay for over night to a few days but no a real destination resort. They claim guaranteed satisfaction but won't back it up. I don't believe these people are aware of what it takes to be a 9.5 RV Resort. Campgrounds should be owned and operated by experienced RV road warriors.
