| Short Summary |
Moab Convenience |
Comments: The staff was exceptionally nice in this touristy area and helped us park in our somewhat smallish spot on grass/dirt. Site was level. The location is Convenient but a little tricky to locate; it is a few miles outside of town and away from the chaos of the extreme tourist environment. The GPS numbers are on target. It is adjacent to a horse ring/arena and it is fun to watch the horses exercised before an event. In the evening, mountain views are breathtaking in the sunset light and one forgets momentarily about the shabby "permanent" trailers nearby. After a busy day exploring Arches National Park, pull down the shades and fire up your computer-the park has good wifi! We came in on a Passport America discount which adds to the price/value rating.
