Comments:
This is an aging private membership campground which seems marginally maintained. Interior roads consist of sandy dirt and are are rough. Sites are grass and not level. Sites close together and it appears that there are many people living here. Several pull thru's available. There is no hint that you are near the ocean from inside the park. Our site was exceptionally nice-just a few sites south of the pool. The clubhouse was falling apart--dark, barely furnished and musty-it had a single SLOW phone line for internet access and a well-stocked brochure cabinet. The ocean deck was partially unavailable due to repairs. Stayed here under Passport America which increased the price-value relationship. The most desirable attribute of the park is its location near St. Augustine. Would stay here again ONLY under a PA affiliation.
