Comments:
As I write this (03/07), we are staying in a cabin.

Pros:
The cabin is clean and well stocked. The indoor pool is very nice as is the activity center and the laundry facilities. Beach access is very nice. For the most part the staff has been friendly.

Cons:
We had friends visit us. As they had a dog and as dogs are not permitted in or outside of the cabins they parked their pickup (with a bed camper) off of Camping on the Gulf property but close to the cabin. Being close to the cabin it was convenient to check on the dog periodically. Even though they were off Camping on the Gulf property next to a vacant lot we were told they had to move their vehicle by camp personnel. I then suggested they park in my parking spot next to our cabin, leaving the dog in the camper. I would park at the entrance to the park. I was told dogs are not even permitted close to the cabin. As I write this review several park tenants have walked past the cabins with their dogs! It appears there is selective enforcement of the rules.

This area is very congested. Entering the highway outside of the RV park is very difficult. I call it the Kamikaze run.
