Short Summary
Loved It! Quiet & friendly.
Comments:
My hubby and I went here of rour anniversary in 2005. We loved how quiet it was- the overseers make efforts (and succeed!) at keeping the noise down. They have canoes and paddleboats available for rent, the bathrooms are pretty centrally located, and the campground itself is about halfway between the Sleeeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore park entrance (great hiking & scenic drives) and the fun of mid-sized Traverse City. Bathrooms could stand to be a little cleaner, but that is the only thing that I wasn't totally satisfied with. We'll be back!!
