Comments: The campground does not enforce it's rules and regulations. Quiet time was supposed to be 12 midnight on Fri and Sat nights. Friday nights party, three lots down from ours started aound midnight and ended at 5AM. None of the adults in our group got any sleep that night. Pets aren't allowed according to the webiste, however, the dogs were very numerous (they were the quiet ones). Golf carts are plenty and run morning, noon and night. Many of them were being driven too fast and by teenagers and in my opinion overloaded (7-8 riders). The high point of our visit occured on Sat. night. There was a dance on the parking lot in front of the store. At some point it must have gotten out of control, because we started hearing police sirens and then saw a parade of golf carts and police cars with lights flashing going down the road behind our site. We never did find out what happened exactly. Some people we heard talking about it said that it was drunk driving with the golf carts, throwing beer bottles, and even someone got stabbed. I can't verify any of that, but we did count the police vehicles, 8 squad cars, 1 police SUV and 1 ambulance. Seems a bit much for just a couple of drunks on their golf carts. We cannot recommend this campground and will not return.
