Comments:
This was a family friendly campground that was clean and quiet. The campers and owners are very hospitable. I would consider it a "no frills" campground great for a weekend stay especially if you want to visit the NC Zoo. There were only a few tent sites and they were on the clay so beware in rainy weather. The tent sites were right on the water so it was a little nerve racking with our two toddlers! Over all I think I'll wait to return until I have a camper.
